Directions

Commitment is the key to success with Chinese herbal medicine dosing

Capsules

For Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times per day. 
For Children 12 and Under: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day. 

Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 24 capsules for adults, 8 capsules for children under age 12. 

Powder

For Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon 3 times per day.
For Children 12 and Under: Take ⅛ teaspoon 3 times per day. 

Certain circumstances may require additional support: take the age-appropriate dose as often as every 30 minutes. Daily maximum 3 teaspoons for adults, 1 teaspoon for children under age 12.

I love this product and have noticed a difference!

OHCO-FLOW FOR SEVERE HEADACHE

I used to get an intense headache about 4 times a year, where I would pop some drug store medication and lay down for several hours. On a whim, I decided to give OHCO-FLOW a chance. Much to my amazement, my headache went away after the first dose. Just for good measure I took a second dose about a half hour later. Not only did I get rid of the headache, I NEVER had that severe headache again… it’s been about a decade❣️
